I posted on the first page of this thread my sub-par box of this product. It was missing quite a few cards, including the autograph. Well, after contacting Rittenhouse Archives I must say that I'm extremely pleased with their customer service! Smile The missing inserts were replaced and a random autograph pack was included in the package. I pulled a Very Limited Marguerite Lewars auto from the pack! Big Grin

Joanna at RA was great to work with and she was able to turn a bad experience into a good one for me.

Thanks Joanna and RA! Thumb Up

Rich

I have to admit that the majority of the cards I purchase are from US-dealers, they tend to have the better selection and more competitive prices. And what with the current rate of exchange, what may appear expensive to US buyers is often quite affordable for us Brits. The only downside is postage costs - which although can be as little as $3 for individual cards, can be quite a bit when talking cases - and what with HM customs...I tend only to purchase from UK dealers if I want to purchase several inexpensive items all together, such as a any elusive chase-cards which I may need to complete a set.

Hey thanks "X". I am pretty pleased with the autographs. Actually I hadn't really looked into the relic cards to see their scaricty/value. Seems I didn't do too badly on the relic front either. How's your collection coming along?

I finally found time to open my second box. I've had it for around a week now and boy was it worth the wait.

Box 3372
No base set (a few short)
DL 3,6,7
Q 2,4
BE21
BG48
RC12 Tarot Card from Live and Let Die (limited) Thumb Up
A32 Ursula Andress (very limited) Luv You Clap

After looking at the Tarot card, I noticed that on the left side it had some peeling Shake Head I will have to send it back to RA for a replacement. Also a few of the base cards and inserts were damaged too. Should I email them first, or just go ahead and send them in to the RA costomer service address?

Like I mentioned I didn't get a base set from the box, but did complete one from two boxes.

I would love to get a few more boxes but this product is getting a little hard to find now on ebay.

I couldn't be more happier with the box Cool

It's always a good idea to email us (custrelations@scifihobby.com) first. There are other requirements needed from the collector in order to process the request and we usually will set up a file pending to help expedite matters once we receive in the damaged cards.

Hey guys and girls well after waiting what seemed like a decade my box finally arrived today and I was genuinely impressed. The base set reminds me of the old vintage bond sets looks cool. This is what I pulled.

Box 5379

Auto Card: A78 Caterina Murino (limited)
Relic Card: RC05 Circus Program bit that says *****'s Circus (made me laugh)
Base set complete but missing 3 cards
Expansion set: BA19, BV0021
Quotable set: Q1, Q3
Dangerous Liasons: DL1, DL4, DL5

Overall I was well pleased but need someone to help me get the last 3 base cards I am missing numbers 105, 157 and 170. Now to track down the autos and relics a long journey ahead.

Got 2 boxes on Saturday.

Box1:
Shake Head RC15 - Bomb Grenade Sack (The Living Daylights)
Shake Head A58 - John Bowe as Colonel Feyador (Limited) The Living Daylights
Big Grin BG48 - Caterina Murino as Solange (Bond Girls Are Forever)

Box2:
Shake Head RC5 - Circus Program (Octopussy)
Smile A56 - Famke Janssen as Xenia Onatopp (Very Limited) GoldenEye (2 parts of the F from Famke signature comes off the card Shake Head)
Big Grin BG47 - Eva Green as Vesper Lynd (Bond Girls Are Forever)

total other chases:
Shake Head 1x BE0021 - Bond Tech: (40th ann. style)
Shake Head 2x Q6
Shake Head 2x Q2
Shake Head 2x DL9 - Solange
Shake Head 2x DL4 - Le Chiffre
Shake Head 2x DL1 - Mollaka

The autos I was really hoping for were:
Drool A53 - Kristina Wayborn as Magda (Very Limited) Octopussy
Drool A78 - Caterina Murino as Solange (Limited) Casino Royal

Luv You Drool Bouncey this is by far... ... ... my favourite Bond base set.
Sharp looking portrait shots in a Luv You full bleed-esque style card.

Shake Head shame there wasn't any foiled chase cards or full bleed styled autos.

I have now completed the Goldeneye Bond Girls autos, my 1 box of Alias Season 4's Izabella Scorupco with Complete Bond's Famke Janssen Smile

Confused I wonder if there is gonna be a Complete Bond 2/update as not all the characters featured on this set, whether they were minor or main (like e.g. Q or R...).

Good pull on the Janssen seegriffin! Thumb Up
Sure the 'F' goes of the card but I wouldn't worry about it, I've seen loads like that.

If it was an issue (I know some collectors are really specific about that sort of thing) you could always sell A56 and buy A53 & A78 plus a hell of a lot of other autos as well for that matter!

Didn't know Janssen was a popular sought after auto Eek, not bad for my 1st 2 official Bond box pulled autos I guess Smile.

Inkworks Tomorrow Never Dies being my 1st Bond box, I wonder how I'd do on a box of 'Dangerous Liasons' & 'Women of James Bond in Motion' Big Grin which I'm still chasing Eek
