I bought two boxes from a dealer, and got them in today. I have only opened one box thus far, as follows:

(Box # 4617)
Base set - missing three cards, but got four extras
Relic card - RC4
Autograph - A74
Casino Royale expansion - 0066
Bond Girls - BG47
Dangerous Liaisons - DL2, DL6, DL8
Quotable Casino Royale - Q2, Q6

All in all, not a bad looking set. The inability to get a set out of a box is kinda irritating, though. What makes it even more so is that, of the 4 extras I got, 2 of them are the same card! Trying to complete this set could prove to be interesting....

I will post the second box breakdown once it is complete.

Well, I receieved my one box earlier in the week and I was excited about this release because of the prop cards. After opening it, I set it aside until this weekend hoping that the frustration would lessen before I posted.

Here's what I pulled:

Box # 3426

Partial set: short 33 cards Frown
Extra cards: 38 cards
DL3, DL7 Supposed to be 1:14 packs, shorted one Frown
Q1 Supposed to be 1:20 packs, shorted one Confused
BA19 Supposed to be 1:20 packs, shorted one Shake Head
Autograph: NO Autograph! Mad

I also bought a binder and it was 3 pages too short to hold a whole base set.

There was a little good news in the box however. There were one or two prop cards that I really wanted from this set. One was the circus program. I saw a sample of that card in NSU and really liked it, so I was hoping for one. Well, next to last pack (yep, I thought I was going to be shorted the prop card too) I pulled a RC5 circus program card and it's a nice one!! Bouncey

Well, I'll be contacting Rittenhouse hoping that they can help with my interesting box. They're a good company, so I'm sure they'll take care of this for me.

Very nice, from the looks of the bomb sack pictured you might have a 1/1 there, the only card with the brass hole.

Got my box yesterday (#4743). I really looked forward to it, a chance to pull a really great auto. Here's what I got:

Base set missing 3 cards. Got 4 extra cards too. I had picked up some loose packs, and still don't have the cards i need.

Auto Timothy Moxon A65

Relic San Monique Flag RC4 (all blue as shown above)

2 Dangerous Liasions DL2, DL6

2 Quoteable Bond Q3, Q5

Bond Villains BV 21 Le Chiffre

Bond Villains F41 Le Chiffre

A nice set, would hope to get a full set in a box, but with only 1 extra base card per box this is bound to be tight. I like all the base card photos, and the puzzle is nice on the back.

I hoped for someone a little more well known than Moxon, but he is a limited signer. I still plan to get packs, so I'm not done with this one.

opening a box atm and thought i would share Big Grin

Pulled the Judi Dench auto and the Osato Stationary relic card.

The annoying thing when compiling this set is one out of every 9 card subset is missing the number, so those who are missing 20+ cards, are you sure its not the middle piece of each puzzle??

Saying that im only at numbers 40... and missing two cards Big Grin

The middle card with no border and no number can be confusing, but after collating a set and a half, I'm getting a feel for them. I haven't put these in 9 card sheets yet.

I looked at the Official Rittenhouse checklist, and a checklist card is not listed. Did anyone find a card numbered 190, or a checklist card, in their box?

Hey Don,

Steve Charedoff stated in the RA forums today the base set totals 189 cards, so no checklist card. I presume its because some collectors voiced annoyance at the possible inclusion of an extra (and pretty unnecessary) checklist that would otherwise have ruined the perfect number of cards.

Thanks X, I noticed a couple of dealers are selling sets of 190 cards, just wondered.

So i guess afterall, I was only missing 2 cards from my base set out of my box.
