Certainly as far as autographs go I'm over the moon. Out of the "Big Four" ie. Andress, Blackman, Rhys-Davies and Janssen, I've got two, so I am pretty pleased. All in all there were 7 Very Limited Autographs and 5 Limited - plus George Leech for good measure. High point for me was of course pulling the Ursula Andress. I wasn't looking forward to the box which would have the customary George Leech auto, but as luck would have it, there was an Izabella Scorupco auto inside as well! Really can't grumble at all.

Having now had a first hand look at the prop cards, my opinion is sadly still the same in that I am not captivated by them as I am by the autographs. Nice as they are, their sheer insignificance in their respective films does not justify their potential price, funds which I could use to complete my autograph collection. I've never acutally sold any Bond cards before, so this may be a first, but selling some prop cards to get a Blackman autograph would be totally worth it for me - and I suppose that's what the hobby is all about.

My three boxes finally arrived and got opened Smile

Box 1:
DL 1-4-5
Q 1-4
00 66
Auto: A63 Lana Wood as Plenty O`Toole
and Smile A71 Izabella Scorupco as Natalya Simonova Smile
Relic: RC6 Casino Chip from Licence to kill (pink) Smile

Box 2:
DL 2-6-8
Q 1-4
00 64-66
Auto: A73 Marguerite Lewars as photographer in Dr. No
Relic: RC4 San Monique Flag from live and let die (all blue patch)

Box 3:
DL 1-5
Q 2-6
BG47
BW0021
Auto: A74 George Leech as Kristatos Henchman in For your eyes only
Relic: RC16 Osato Stationary from You only live twice

All in all very happy with my boxes. Two very limited autos and the casino-chip relic in the first box gave me a good start Smile

Well my 4 boxes and binder finally arrived this Morning Clap
I only have limited time to open packs today so I have only managed the one box so far. hope there all this good.

this really does look an awesome set. I really like the way the backs of cards make up the movie posters.
My only minor gripe is base set the collation where I am still missing 12 base card with 9 duplicates. however I am sure I'll make up the gaps from my other three boxes and considering whet else the box held i am not going to complain about a few base cards.

So what did my 1st box reveal????

Breakdown of box 1811:
Casino Royale: Dangerous liaisons DL3, 7 & 9 (1 over the odds)
Quotable Casion Royale Q3 & Q5
Casino Royale Expansion cards BG48 & BE0021 (is that T21 on the checklist?)
Auto card A51 Yaphet Kotto in Live And Let Die (Very Limited)
and finally
Relic card RC1 Cayman Island Bank Checks from Die Another Day (shows the boxes woth $100, $10 & $1)
AND another Cayman Island Bank Checks from Die Another Day this time showing the hand written $2,000,000 box.
AND a THIRD relic card this time a RC5 Octopussy Circus program. I think it is the chin of the clown.

So THREE relic cards and a Very Ltd auto in one box.

Can't wait to open the other three.

I opened my (probable) last box of this set today, and am pretty happy with my auto pull, but sad about the relic situation...

Chase: BV 0021, BA19
Dangerous Liaisons: DL4,9 (Still missing #6 Frown)
Quotable: Q2,4
Auto: URSULA ANDRESS A32 Dance Dance Dance
Relic: none??? Shake Head

I am over the moon about the Andress card, but am really sad about not getting any relic cards, even a duplicate one from one that I all ready had. Anyways, even without a relic card, I am happy about this box, and I am going to email Rittenhouse to ask about the relic card, which I am sure will be resolved promptly...

The third box put up a brave fight and after a fierce battle has finally bitten the dust and from the pile of discarded husks of now lifeless wrappers I pulled the following treasures:

Box #4905
DL1, 5 & 8
Quotable CR Q5 & Q6
40th exp: BG47 & 0065
relic card: RC6 Casino Chip from License to Kill- Pink - right hand side Very Limited Clap
and A73 Marguerite Lewars in Dr. No (Very Limited)

Oh and I found the last card I needed for a base set.

Nice case RP01! I can't believe you fluked no-repeat auto cards and what you did get was a really nice selection. And some very good props to top it off, one of the best cases I've heard of. Thumb Up

And Boldlygone, after what I'm sure was an annoying wait I'm pleased to hear the boxes are yeilding some good stuff. Two props in a box would have been great, but three??? Eek Not to mention half a case worth of Very Limiteds so far... not bad, not bad at all. Big Grin

I tend to use a long time trusted dealer as most folks probably do. I also buy boxes and albums from shows such a Memoribilia as there is often a wide choice at reasonable prices.

Hope to have my first box of these arrive this week. Smile

Hi James007,

I bought my album from Rittenhouse direct. It cost me a tad under £23.50 for the binder, pages, P3 and the auto Smile

Fast delivery too! Though not sure if they still stock it...
