I found another one of those "Hulk" promos connected to Bimbo bread. This one shows a scene from the movie (Jennifer Connelly on the phone). This is #18 so it's probably at least a 20-card set.

It's a lenticular motion card (not much motion - more like a dual-image lenticular) and didn't scan well but it shows The Hulk busting through a brick wall. It measures 1 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches and bears The Hulk, Bimbo, Marvel, and Universal logos on the back.

According to abs-cards.net, it's also called something else.

Incredible Hulk, Marinela (Mexico): Similar to the Spider-Man Marinela mini-card set, this is a set of 30 small 3D lenticular cards, measuring approximately 1.5" x 2.25" and came in Marinela bread products available in Mexico. The set contains roughly an equal amount of artwork images and scenes taken from the Incredible Hulk movie. Cards with comic artwork already seen in other trading card sets and promotional items are almost entirely cast in various shades of green. The set checklist is given below (2003 Marvel, Universal)

1 Hulk (about to pounce on viewer, artwork)
2 Hulk (breaking through brick wall, artwork)
3 Hulk (hand outstretched toward viewer, artwork)
4 Hulk (arms out from torso, artwork)
5 Hulk (fighting large dog, artwork)
6 Hulk (standing with fists raised, artwork)
7 Hulk (breaking through metal wall, artwork)
8 Hulk (fists pounding ground, artwork)
9
10 Hulk (breaking rocks, artwork)
11 David Banner
12 Bruce Banner
13 Bruce Banner & Betty Ross (in lab)
14 Betty Ross
15 Thunderbolt Ross 30 Hulk (fighting tank)
16 Bruce Banner
17 Security guard (Lou Ferrigno)
18 Betty Ross (talking on the phone)
19 Glen Talbot
20 Betty Ross (with science instrument)
21 Bruce Banner / "Hulk" (text)
22 Hands
23 Hulk (eye transforming)
24 Hulk (throwing lab equipment)
25 Betty Ross & Bruce Banner (hugging)
26 Hulk (in chamber)
27 Betty Ross
28 Hulk (smashing car)
29 Hulk (swinging tank)
30 Hulk (fighting tank)

Thanks for the checklist.

I've never seen a Hulk Marinela card in person but have one Spider-Man Marinela card (will have to scan that for Card Talk) that I found years ago.

Coincidently, I just purchased a full 350 pack tray of the Bimbo Hulk cards off of feeBay recently for less than $25.00 shipped for the lot. What kind of collation I’ll ultimately find is TBD, but I couldn’t pass them up at that price regardless of that concern.

Aeolus,

I also bought one of those lots earlier today after checking to see if there were any other Bimbo or Mariela cards up for sale. We're taking at shot at maybe making a few sets of something unusual or maybe we're getting just over 100 copies of three of the cards plus singles of some of the others not coming close to one set. But hey, given the current state of card collecting, why not take that $30 gamble rather than the $300 one?

Here's an oddball I had not seen before last year. It's card #4 from the Parts Plus Super Chevy Show 66-card set (Autostar Productions, Inc., 1992) except that it's stamped "PROMO" on the back. The source is unknown but likely given out at the show so attendees could think about getting the full set. I also have a stamped promo of card #18 so it's possible there is a promo version of each of the cards in the set.

Here's one that looks like a Johnny Lightning card especially since there are at least a few series featuring car magazine covers. It even has a blank back like most Johnny Lightnings but this one was
inserted only with the Revell Lowrider Magazine '59 Chevy Impala die-cast car - part of a 12-car collection. I'm not sure there's an exclusive card with each car. There might also be more than one series. I had never seen this line of die-cast cars before sometime late last year. It's the kind of thing you would see at a flea market - always at least one guy with Hot Wheels/Johnny Lightnings and other die-cast.

If you found this card in a lot or loose at a flea maket and had never seen it before, you might have a hard time finding its source as it has no copyright info nor a Revell logo. The date on the packaging is 2004.

I see on Ebay that some Revell cars don't come with a card. Sellers want a lot for an unopened one too, starting around $30.

Here's that Spider-Man card from Marinela products (Marvel/Columbia Pictures, 2002). It promotes the first Spider-Man movie with Tobey Maguire. They're 3D cards, each measuring 1 9/16 x 2 5/16 inches.

This is the only card I have and I got it maybe 8-10 years ago as a random find. I haven't seen any others whenever I've looked for them.
