It could be just what I've been looking at, but I have noticed quite an eBay increase in autograph cards and sketches, both coming and going, from Poland in recent months.

The Asian buyers and sellers have always been present, but there seems to be a healthy Polish card market too.

Hmmm...
That'd be a lot of money to spend on something just to tear it in half.

WOW -- nice sale. I wonder what this would bring if it wasn't graded. I don't see any sales in the last year on Terapeak.

Or she could have a stack in her garage. Why can't politicians collect things too? Big Grin

I'd pay that for the actual Ark (and then get my money back by charging people $1 a look).

Looks like the Last of Us just sent Bella Ramsey into the stratosphere.

"There are a few longer shots coming from Game of Thrones that I think may outpace the initially more popular younger stars of that series. As the prime example I really like Bella Ramsey, who is only 16 now and has been acting for a few years. She reminds me of a younger Saoirse Ronan, who is at a ripe 26 years of age herself."

That is my post from August 29, 2020 in a thread here called "Cards to Watch". Unfortunately, people seem to have forgotten about that thread since no one has posted in it in the last 4 months. It would be good to bump it up if anyone has any suggestions, because its too late to buy hot cards by the time they have significantly increased in value. I already have my GoT Ramseys. Smile

I had all the inscription autographs from Season 8 from an Archive Box, but this is the only one I kept.

Most actors don't get instant stardom in just a few scenes with a new character, but she sure did it with this one.

Dang -- that was one I thought about picking up, but never did. Too late.

Bella turned 19 last September. She can and does look much younger though.

That was a snippet of an old post of mine from 8/29/20 in the "Cards to Watch" thread, as I noted. Ramsey was 16 when I wrote it. I copied it over here as my way of saying "I told you so" Big Grin and collectors would have done well if they had picked up her autographs before she took off.

I got the inscription and the dual with Bella in my Season 8 Archive box, but then purchased the Season 7 border in June, 2018 for $38 and the Valyrian for $28 in June, 2020. I thought about getting the other 2-3 different varieties to go with those for a complete set of Ramseys. It's too late now, but I'm happy with the four I have.
