How do I get hold of E Bay regarding shipping I have purchased an item and are stopped from paying As E Bay says seller dose not accept International Shipping .Seller says they do and get hold of E Bay But I cannot seem to get hold of them how do I go about it It seems that getting hold of them is like trying to get hold of god Wich in my opinion they think they are. | ||

Was it eBay stopping you or the seller not shipping to your country?
