How do I get hold of E Bay regarding shipping
I have purchased an item and are stopped from paying
As E Bay says seller dose not accept International Shipping .Seller says they do and get hold of E Bay
But I cannot seem to get hold of them how do I go about it
It seems that getting hold of them is like trying to get hold of god
Wich in my opinion they think they are.

Was it eBay stopping you or the seller not shipping to your country? I only do international shipping through eBay myself, it's easier to track for sellers.

That is a question that I dont know .
I was under the impression that it was E Bay
As it started The seller dose not .
How do you know wether it is E Bay or the seller?
I realise that the seller can put conditions on sales so it could be the seller.
Might have my ideas on it wrong.
