I see in the list of Chocago show Promo cards a promo card listed . Promo Card Encyclopedia PC-PH3 Is there a new Promo Card Encyclopedia out or is it as notified earlier a Digital copy. If whatever it is could anyone give me directions on how to obtain it ? Either in Digital or Book form Thanks very much.

The next PCE is actually a website. It already exists but is still in development in the testing stage as entries continue to be added.

I have the website almost ready. While working on the search function, I needed to switch to a new server so I took advantage and had some tweaks done. The new one will be the same Website address, and you'll be able to search in a far more user-friendly way.
As it stands currently, but hopefully to change this week, you can only each by set title. But You can certainly still enjoy the site by that one search method, and if you use the "browse by letter" popcorn menu, rather than search by title, you can look around to.
There's 40,000 cards listed with 10s of thousands of images. I've started adding sell sheets as well. And it's free to use.
