I see in the list of Chocago show Promo cards a promo card listed .
Promo Card Encyclopedia PC-PH3
Is there a new Promo Card Encyclopedia out or is it as notified earlier a Digital copy.
If whatever it is could anyone give me directions on how to obtain it ?
