These are very unusual and a great thing to have.

Promoking brought this up before. It appears at least one dealer had a few packs but I haven't seen one for sale in a while. I get the feeling they were released in a very limited way (special trade show?). They went to the trouble of sealing them in packs so I don't think it was an in-house only kind of thing.

I picked these up on ebay in 2017 when they were first discovered. From what I recall the guy sold me just the cards but not the wrapper
