Last year we were given details of an 8 card promo pack prepared by Topps for a Harry Potter proposed set that never materialised and the promo cards were never officially issued. This thread was closed so I have opened a new thread so that I can post some images of the pack that I have just recently received. In the thread someone hinted that the pack/wrapper existed and I believe these images are of such a pack.

Looks like Topps made these in 1999 ?
