I'm pretty sure the D1 was a promo featuring Anya and Tara that was included with some of the Buffy Action figures.

Right now, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is the Six Feet Under DVD card that was included in the box set of (I think) the first season. I bought the first two seasons of this used and the cards weren't there.

Would love to find one out there...

Yep it came in some of the Buffy Season 5 Anya and Tara action figures in the US.

This is probably considered more a premium than a promo, but mine are the 5 cards that came with the Serenity action figures. I'm not interested in the action figure just the cards.

My Holy Grail Promo card is P8 for the starwars Widevision Trilogy......
Been to Comic & Card fairs + Shops to find this card, it came with a Magaine called Combo 27 (please correct me if wrong) no luck.....
