Den of Geeks Ebay magazine with GPK cover?

Did anyone else receive this? I just got it in the mail today. It has several articles on non sport cards, gaming cards, etc. It also comes with a 10 dollar coupon code on the cover.

I have no idea what this magazine is other then it is from Den of Geeks and Ebay. I have no idea how I got it or where it came from. It has several cool articles. It is like a mini NSU issue (without the ads or price guide).
