Denzel Washington has stated that 2 more "Equalizer" films are on the way. Not sure when, though. I noticed from an on-line article that these movies have seemingly made "Little House on the Prairie" star Melissa Sue Anderson wealthy, as she is married to the guy who created the TV show back in the 1980s and who is also involved in the Denzel film series.

I think the third one took me about as far as I want to go. To give the production credit though they have been really consistent between budget and box office. Denzel seems to understand the math as one of the producers.
From what I have read it is supposed to be the first offshoot from the New Superman Movie. If it is going to be released in 2026 then it has to go into production before the release of Superman. From a card perspective this is one factor driving the value of Milly Alcock House of the Dragon autographs. This message has been edited. I wonder what will happen to the Supergirl movie if the Superman film coming this summer is not a big hit. I enjoyed Superman Returns back in 2006, but as you may remember it made "only" 391 M and that wasn't good enough for Warner Bros. Unbelievably, it was the SIXTH biggest movie of that year and still the studio was unhappy. What if this year's film does similar business?

Are these two movies tied-in together in a big way? If so, I think it could make a big difference. Say the Superman movie really tanked and was nowhere near their targets, would they cancel Supergirl, like WB did with Batgirl, even though that was near release? I think that's one of the most extreme cancellations we've seen, but it could happen again with one of these projects.

Maybe you won't be able to see Superman in some countries this summer https://www.msn.com/en-us/movi...afc0fa&ei=8#comments

Believe it or not, they are moving forward with LETHAL WEAPON 5 with Mel Gibson directing. May not be until 2027, however.

According to reports, you may not see the next James Bond film until 2028, maybe later. Nothing will be released anytime soon, so the six year gap between 1989 and 1995 might be surpassed. The last film came out in 2021.

Ketchup Entertainment bought the rights to the Looney Tunes film "Coyote vs. Acme" from Warner Bros., which shelved the movie back in 2023. John Cena stars with Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner. Should be released by next year. Maybe even this year. Does this mean that one day we might see the BATGIRL movie with Michael Keaton that Warner Bros. also declined to release ?

I may be mistaken, but I think Warner Brothers took a total loss-type tax write-off from the "Batgirl" movie the likes of which prevents them from making any money on it ever. It seems highly unlikely they'd just give it away. I think they considered doing the same with "Coyote" but ultimately opted to not write it off as a loss, which made this sale of it possible. ____________________ Everywhere around this burg they're running out of verbs, adverbs, and adjectives.
