I think the only people who would want Wicked cards would be the ones who bought those Broadway cards you told us about. Then again, I was surprised Outlander cards were so popular.

I confess to falling asleep after 40mins of Wicked and couldn't stand to try watching more when I woke up(I was naughty in how I watched it on my laptop...but I'm glad I wasted no money on it). So nope.

Outlander cards weren't so surprising, there is a huge fandom out there for the books and most readers latched onto the show(made with the author as a consultant) and loved it as much. While I don't love the books or series fanatically, I do like them a lot and bought some of the early season cards. It was just a natural translation of the fandom, like what happened with the original Topps LOTR movie card sets.
