Hopefully, we will find out who the signers are for the set very soon. I am very excited for this set. You would have to think they would announce any day now, the release date is July 24.

I think you might be rushing things...
Release for House of the Dragon is 24 July.
Release for Cheers is "TBD"
They have not started taking orders for Cheers yet, so it's likely a ways off still.

RajTed Danson has signed for Cheers. Steve Charendoff showed 3 different versions on a talk through Rittenhouse's Facebook page.

Shelley Long never signed. Woody I don't believe so either unless he has an ultra-rare Star Wars autograph that I'm not aware of.

Bill MullinsBoth have some very limited cuts, neither has something they signed for sets.

chesspiecefaceI'm also surprised there's no Rhea Perlman.
Cryptozoic made some promos for a Freak Brothers set a couple of years ago. Woody voices Freewheelin' Franklin on the series (which airs on the free platform Tubi), so we might have had a shot with him there, but the card release seems to have fallen off the radar. Season 3 of the series is apparently being worked on now. Hopefully, the card set eventually appears, too, complete with Woody (and John Goodman) autos.

Tommy CHasn't Shelley Long tried to distance herself from the show since she left in 1987 ? She tried doing movies but they all flopped. By the 90s she was back on TV and no one has heard from her in 30 years aside from the occasional guest appearance

Really disappointed in Cryptozoic's lack of dedication to Non Sports releases over the past few years. Goodman is doing a signing with Everest Autographs (orders start tomorrow). I can assume that these events are much more lucrative for a popular celebrity than signing for a card set.
Not sure how I feel about the Cheers announcement, quite a few repeat signers...a bit surprised there was not a Kirsty Alley cut listed. Several of the guest stars interest me from other things they were in. Will be interesting to see how the full list develops.

To do it right would require MLB sub-license from Topps. Highly unlikely they would be interested unless there was a huge payday in it for them.

Quick note: the Freak Brothers card set was a passion-project by the Cryptozoic CEO John Sepenuk, who died unexpectedly February 2023. Once he died, the set got shelved.

Maybe if they do sets for latter seasons? She didn't appear in 1-4.

Hedgehog WitchI couldn't remember, so I looked it up... Cheers had 11 seasons. I suppose it depends how well the 1-4 set is received, but it could be two more sets or just one more. It would be nice if they tried to complete it in some way. I suppose it's inevitable that not everyone will sign, after all this time, though.

Yeah..wasn't even thinking about that. You're probably right....should see it if another set hits.

I did not know that.
Sorry to hear of his passing, but at least he got those cool promos out there for his fellow longtime fans of the Fabulous Furry Freak Bros to enjoy.
