Quick questions about Wacky Packages Series 10 (2013)...

1) Were any booster boxes produced? I haven't seen any.

2) I grabbed a 23 card pack with exclusive bonus card at Target. I was going to get another one - did Target have more than one bonus card?

3) I saw the same packaging at Toys R Us - it indicates there's a bonus card but not that it's exclusive to Toys R Us...should I get one pack from Target and one from Toys?
