Why do I have to pay E Bays exorbitant GSP shipping costs wich they say covers customs duty and everything else ? when here in NZ we have no Customs Duty Fees to pay on anything under a $1000 and what is everythibg else . Everything just turns up in the letter box. Some purchases can gather NZ$ 30 in GSP shipping for 1 card I have asked sellers if they will just send it normal shipping but thats a no no might miss out . I realise that they are protecting themselves but there must be a way. Would BIN cover it or is that also covered by E Bay shipping too Although I do not purchase much now, but in todays enviroment anything that is cheaper would be appreciated

Haven't we got like 10 of these threads already? It is what it is. GSP isn't going anywhere and while ebay treats sellers the way they do, then more international sales will use GSP for security and a more hassle-free and risk-free selling experience. It's all there in front of the buyer before they buy, and it's up to us whether we buy or not. I rarely buy things from outside the UK and EU now and even the latter I'm careful with due to fees and postage costs. It's sad for the hobby, but that's just how things have gone along with extortionate postage fees charged by the world's postal companies. We all have to adapt.
