Sister and brother: Virginia Madsen (lots of Star Trek) and Michael Madsen (James Bond). Might be in Pop too, I always seem to miss those autos.

From Star Trek there's Walter Koenig and his late son Andrew, from DS9. And William Shatner and his two daughters, Lisabeth & Leslie. There's lots more I'm sure if someone took the time to research.

Sisters: Veronica Cartwright (Alien, X-Files, Twilight Zone, Revenge) and Angela Cartwright (Lost in Space, Irwin Allen).

Twin brothers: Nicholas Brendon and Kelly Donovan (Buffy for both of them, but Donovan was a guest part).

Twins Don and Dan Stanton both signed for Artbox Terminator 2 and for Inkworks Looney Toons.

A family threesome: Martin Landau (Pop Century), Barbara Bain (Space 1999) and their daughter Juliet Landau (Buffy).

From James Bond: Twin brothers David Meyer and Tony Meyer and mother/daughter combo Eunice Gayson and Kate Gayson. Each pair has a dual card between them, as well as individuals.
