Toxie Team Up # 1 came out this week. Cover C has a card of Jesus included.

There will be 2 more issues coming in July and August with cards.

There was yet another Toxic Avenger # 1 comic (variant cover D) which came out on July 9 with a trading card included

This is now a monthly comic series

I am pretty sure this is the ninth card

Toxic Avenger # 2 (new series) came out this week with a new card

There were also cards in the bagged versions of Toxic Avenger Team Up # 2 and 3

This comic is different from the regular, ongoing comic series, which also has cards.

It looks like they stopped doing these cards. While the Toxic Avenger comic is still coming out, the cards seem to have ended with the comics released in early Nov. The last ones with cards appear to be:
