Can anyone confirm that a BEST OF OLIVIA official binder exist,
if so a picture would be helpful

Good question. I bought a box and started a collection but later sold it. I had the base set, the 6-card chase set, the medallion card (bought at a show), and one of the rare Ladies in Red cards but don't recall having the binder. I want to say it has the Genie artwork on the front but can't say for sure.

Allender does list that it exists. Cardaddict had a few of the binders for the Olivia sets. He might know more.
