Saw this on an auction site. Seller claims it is a promo, but it may be a chase card, as he lists other chase as "promos." Unfortunately, the auction doesn't have a scan of the back

What Cult Stuff set is this from, and what exactly is it ? Scan is attached, courtesy of John !

It's from the Art of Burlesque set - the card front is the "Feathers" card F1, art by Huy Truong. I haven't seen it listed as a promo, so maybe it's a Feather Card that was separated from its plumage.

You may find that a lot of these sort of cards were just odd things that were included in the yearboxes.
