This isn't a flame;
it's simply an announcement.
They have changed some of their policies.
I had opened a couple cases of Topps Star Wars Galaxy 5.
The big hit is, of course, a sketch card per box.
I had some damaged sketch cards.
Ripped/torn from their sorting machine.
I mailed them back with a nice note.
They were returned today saying they are from a discontinued product,
and not able to be replaced now that they have issued Topps Star Wars Galaxy series 6.
NOTE: ANY Topps product more than a year old may not be replaceable;
and get a receipt & keep all your wrappers & UPC's.
These are necessary commodities for Topps replacements.

Topps has gone above & beyond to satisfy me.
I received a package today that was both generous & significant.
