But here goes
What is the difference between Inkworks and Hot Topic in the twilight cards?

Inkworks cards were available at Hot Topic. There was a unique insert card if I recall.

Do you mean NECA cards? They reprinted the Inkworks set. Different copyright information. No Pieceworks. Added 2 autos that were not certified or very limited it seems. I believe the NECA cards were also available at Hot Topic.

There was a Hot Topic exclusive card "Who is Bella ?" HT-1 but it was by NECA, at least the ones I have seen on ebay. Card is very easy to find. You can get for $ 5.00 or less.

UPDATE: Looks like there were 2 versions of this card. I just checked ebay and there are some with the NECA logos and some with Inkworks. Card fronts are the same.
