While I have not seen it in ocal stores yet, I was able to purchase several packs from EnterPlay website. Here's the info they list...

The movie G.I. Joe: Retaliation™ is now captured on trading cards! Collect all your favorite characters and action-packed movie moments! 48 items in total.

Each pack includes 4 items: 3 Trading Cards and 1 Tatto Sheet.

I found these at Dollar Tree today. I had no idea the set even existed until I saw the packs there.
