Attic Cards did the Puppet Master, Troll, Evil Bong and Little Shop of Horrors sets. Unfortunately it looks like they may be out of business. The website is dead and nothing new on their facebook since 2022. ____________________ Just because it's rare doesn't mean it's valuable.

Bates Motel also had a small SDCC release featuring both seasons which most cards were numbered 50 or less. ____________________ Just because it's rare doesn't mean it's valuable.

Ohh dang, that's a bummer. They are somewhat similar to Fright Rags, but I really thought their products had a lot of promise, and I thought the price point was very attractive.

I was thinking about this the other night while doing the dishes. There are sets I personally wish existed: TV shows like Earth 2 and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World and movies like Contact (Jodie Foster, Matthew McConaughey) and Moulin Rouge (Nicole Kidman, Ewan McGregor). Of course I wasn't heavily collecting when those movies came out so if trading card sets existed, I would've missed them. It's never too late, though. I'm sure plenty of collectors and non-collectors would go nuts for a Seinfeld set with autos from all four cast members. The Office and Brooklyn Nine-Nine are two more I'd love to see. If shows like The Big Bang Theory and The Walking Dead can't sustain full season sets, nothing can. Kudos to Rittenhouse for still trying, though. Who would've thought we'd get a Cheers set in 2025? Law & Order has never had a set but Rittenhouse released an auto dump for NCIS last year. The only previous release was a premium pack in 2012. I know NCIS was wildly popular but it just doesn't seem like the right fit for trading cards. Someone already mentioned the new Planet of the Apes movies and franchises like Mission Impossible, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc. But just being a successful franchise doesn't guarantee success. NECA bungled The Hunger Games and gave up after Catching Fire. I didn't realize there were trading card sets for the first three Transformers movies. No autos except for Revenge of the Fallen and that was a weird combo sticker/card set. Also already mentioned was the set for Batman Begins flopping. If Bale had signed, would it have sold well enough for The Dark Knight to get a set? Finally, I'm probably the only person in the world who would go nuts for a set focusing on Canada's scrapped Avro Arrow interceptor aircraft from 1958. I'm thinking cut autos from engineers who built it and pilots who got to fly it, relics taken from Avro Canada paperwork and schematics. If I ever win the lottery, this set is at the top of my list.
