I'll scan the front and back and post the image as soon as I can, but I'm afraid due to family commitments I won't be able to open the offer proper until Saturday. And Here it Is Sorry these aren't scans, but my scanner *** printer has decided to choose today to die on me.   You'll notice the card is numbered CIWTB, which came a s a bit of a surprise to Darren.
