I want to make contact with Non-Sport Update or Beckett, because I do not get the magazine, while I have a subscription of 3 years. I used the address from the site: subscriptions@beckett.com , but while sending it always changes automatically into: info@nonsportupdate.com. However I always get a message in return, that it cannot be delivered or that it is refused.
I also tried the webform about the website, but there I see the message that the content, or even my own name is not valid. So what is my name then? and how do I make contact. It really looks like they really refuse any contact.

Thank you very much. I got an email from Marcus to verify my address, but I still didn't received the Non-Sport Update of June/July 2025. I answered the mail about my home address. But no answer to it and no magazine!!

I tried it again with another email-address. The one I always used before; also for my subscription. I also used Outlook instead of webmail. But still got messages that it is not sent. Outlook says:

SmtpSubmissionPermanent5XXException: Sending by SMTP has failed. Server smtp.hccnet.nl poort (gate) 465. --> Unexpected SMTP server response. Expected: 334, actual: 504, whole response: 504 LOGIN authentication mechanism not supported

Foutcode: 1d2e

Sorry, I sent the email twice, but again I get a message they're not sent. So it failed again. The message in gmail was always: beckett-com.mail.protection.outlook.com[52.101.9.11] said: 550 5.4.1

The problem is I did not received the NonSport Update of June/July 2025. My name and home-address that Marcus sent me to verify are correct. Maybe the problem has something to do with the domainname?
