This is called Gross Card Con and is a show within a show taking place at PokeKon in Las Vegas. The show promoter is GPK and & Wacky Warehouse (i.e. the Coleman family). I believe the upcoming show marks their 10th Anniversary.

By the way, there will likely be more promos as I think (not sure) the ones you've posted are Neil Camera's cards and there are many other artists attending.

I am not part of the show but I did go to the previous one and it's a terrific show!
