I see that Promo # 2 will be at the Philly show. Looks like promo #1 was previously released, perhaps sent to dealers. Anyone know for sure ?

I think Promo #1 was given at the Chicago Show.

Actually, it was Promo Card 3 that was given out at Chicago...
