Are these new promos ? I thought both came out last year.

From what I recall, the ST TNG P4 was hard to find. It was supposed to be released at a show, but never was. Later on, a few dealers had them available. So this would be a good opportunity to pick one up ! There were some posts on this promo below.

Yes sorry my mistake. I have the Voyager P4 so that can't be new but i have never seen the Next gen one.

I think the Voyager P4 was at San Diego last summer.

As for the TNG promo, it surfaced last May. No one seems to know where it came from, but a few showed up on ebay. Here is the discussion below.

I do offer both promos as part of the COllective, but they aren't exclusive. One was from SDCC and pretty sure the other was from Philly Show. RA is kind enough to send me some to include with hte USB, which I think is sweet!
But, I think WOLfie has been sleeping cause they've been offered since July as part of hte collective, so not new
