Got mine about a week ago.

One thing I thought was strange, did anyone else notice that the SketchLife Bettie Page promo doesn't have the 'Bettie Page Private Collection' embossed on the front unlike all the other promos?

Not to sound all know-it-all-ish, but a few of them don't have the special finish layer. For example, the regular version of the NSU promo did not. I think it might have even been mentioned in a thread here on the forum which promos do not have this.

Thanks Harris, I didn't realise that as I don't have all the promos yet.
I think the embossing adds a nice touch though.

Actually, that particular promo is the only "printed" promo "sketch" card we did. It's a copy from an actual original sketch card and it is printed on the same special sketch card stock that all of the original sketch cards are printed on. That is why this specific promo doesn't have the spot logo on the front.

That explains why the surface of the card feels different.

Looks like there is a new promo for SDCC with a few variations! Can't wait to see what this one looks like.

From what I have been told, there are 3 different promos. All have the same front and back. Just different finishes. There are only 2,000 cards between the 3 versions.

The card that has the prism finish is the least available. Only about 100 made.

There are 1,000 of the glossy finish promos and 900 of the matte finish promos. All 3 with the same card number BP18-SDCC.

Good luck finding all 3.

Thanks. I agree -- It is big and involves some interesting parties....US dealers and shows, UK dealers and shows, small shows, big shows, huge shows, Facebook, Amazon, eBay, magazines, etc.

Many thanks Harris for the listing, now I know that the UK Binder (1 of a 100) I bought recently should have had a 1 of the 250 promo cards.

I have sent an email to the supplier so it should be an interesting answer.

I have now heard from the supplier and the card BP 19 UKB is due to be released in mid August. I also received a scan of the card front and back and permission to release it.

John is it the intention to send to those who have purchased the binder?

I received my album (binder) today and there was no promo with it.
