According to RA website, P2 will be a "social media" promo.

Where was this (or will it be) offered ?

Just looked on Facebook. P2 is available now for a SASE.

Is this the first Facebook promo RA has had in years ?

I enquired about it yesterday as being from overseas and my answer was that it would be sent with P1 which I had just ordered so I was mighty pleased and all for $5 as I am an international recipient. Always a great service from Rittenhouse.

Raj, they might with P1, P2 is a Facebook offer which you have to advise them of them of your face book identity etc. via their Facebook page.
