I never received my December / January copy of NSU
Looking for some help -- I never received my December / January copy of NSU (With A Christmas Story on the Cover)
I called Beckett a few weeks back and was told my subscription was valid to the end of 2025
Should I continue to wait for it to show up, or is there somebody I can contact about a missed issue
Thanks

They've just sent me 2 copies of the new issue, one the last of my old subscription and one, I assume is my new subscription despite me asking them to ensure they didn't overlap. Surely they could work it outThis message has been edited. Last edited by: hammer,

I have just received the Feb/Mar issue with the wrong address as I moved at the end of November . I am pretty certain that I contacted Beckett and advised them of the change of address. The address label advises that any change of address should be advised to the publisher. I logged on to the NSU and discovered a change of address option which I have completed, I have tried several times to submit the change but it never appears to go any further and every few minutes the reCAPTCHA button I'm not a Robot option changes and states in red that verification has expired. Clearly the address option does not work.
Harris can you please HELP!
regards
John

John:
This is not my area any longer (hasn't been for 8 or 9 years) but if you email me all the relevant info - old address, new address, etc. - I will pass it along to the fulfillment area. Thanks.

Harris - we are pleased there is still a Toser involved with NSU, although we do appreciate that this is not your area anymore.
