I haven't seen it either but then I haven't seen most of them.

I was looking at the on line blog of a die hard Marvel collector, talking about the sample foils on this set. The versions of the foil chase with the stickers on the otherwise blank blacks which say "Marvel IV Sample foil"
The person noted that in 20 plus years of searching, he's never seen the sample for Punisher 2099. Neither have I. Does it exist ?
I have the 8 others-- Spider Man 2099, Doom 2099, Vulture, Ravage, Specialist, Dethstryk, Tiger Wylde, Fearmaster. I've never seen the Punisher

I found the 8 that I have over the years, back in the 1990s and early 2000s. The villains seem to be easier to come across than the others. However, I only found the Spider-Man one on ebay about 3 years ago. As noted, he has a picture of one.

You do remember correctly on the Kenner Action Masters die cast metal figures. The Superman "Reign of the Superman" 4 pack is the only "test" release I am aware of though. I know someone is selling the 4 pack for like $265.00 I think. I am so fortunate that I found the 4 cards for $10.00 plus shipping. In the regular release figures they came numbered: Batman AM1, Catwoman AM2, and Legends of Batman AM3. The so called "test" cards were: Superboy AM4, The Man of Steel AM5, The Cyborg AM6 and The Kryptonian AM7, these are the only numbered cards [SO FAR] ALSO, the only cards that show SKYBOX as the creator of the cards. The PCE 2008 shows 22 cards in existence. I have 29. I have tried to get input from the forum members but no responses yet.

I don't remember what they were called, maybe Metal Masters, or Action Masters - something like that? Finally, if I remember correctly, there were a couple of Superman "Test Issue" figures (that also included cards) that weren't released outside of Cinncinati.

I've been wondering if there is a card #9 in the "Zombie Love" set. In PCE2008 you see 0, 1-8 listed. I remember finding 0 and 1-8 all at the same time in a bargain box maybe 20 years ago - might have seen a few singles since but no card 9. You don't see too many promo sets ending with card 8 but then maybe the publisher wanted to fill a 9-card sheet less traditionally.

Actually, it's just a 9 card promo set catskilleagle - there are no missing cards. The title card is "card #0" and there is no card #9. I got this set when it first came out, so I'm confident that it's complete as listed.

It appears no one owns or has seen cards # 2 of 4 and/or 3 of 4 for the movie SOUL SURVIVORS. I have 2 different 1 of 4 and 2 different 4 of 4 but have never seen the others. These were given out at the SDCC in 2001. I asked this question about a year ago and since I have gotten no responses, I am declaring these officially NON-EXISTENT.This message has been edited. I remember, when Breygent has released the collection "Dexter Seasons 5 & 6", the website showed the promos cards and there was one with Maria Laguerta. It's described as this on a website with many checklist : "Lt. Laguerta with gun drawn; Juniors Cards".
But I've never seen it anywhere.
Do it exist ? Did it exist ? Was it finally canceled ? Or is it a mistake ?
If someone can inform me, it would be very nice. (Because it really intrigues me, I admit. )
Thank you.

There definitely was a Junior's promo on Dexter 5/6. Was hard to find, and was not officially released, but Juniors had them. See this topic from 2015...
What had happened with the Juniors promo was that Breygent made them for him, and then later he decided not to carry the Dexter cards. So he wasn't releasing the promo. But a few people contacted him 3 years ago, and obtained some
