On Heavy Hitters # 5, the card was supposed to be in the Dragon Lines Tao comic # 1

It's probably simply a matter of finding the comic on ebay, to see if the card is insde

On Heavy Hitters, I found the comic that card # 5 was supposed to come in (according to the checklist) and instead it had card # 10 in it

So maybe # 5 does not exist ?

Guys,

On the Space Jam Kelloggs's cards that you are looking for, are these motion cards ?

I have seen 3 different of these attached to 1996 boxes of cereal, and I noticed that the back of the boxes say that there are 7 in the set

Hi David,

Yes, technically they are motion cards but the motion is rather subtle on a couple of the cards I have.

Not sure if this is the SHI card you're referring to, but I have one with a gold front, and the back is white except for near the bottom, upon which is printed in gold 0612 of 1000.

Probably not. I know which card you are referring to. I believe yours is embossed. Right? The one listed in PCE is presumably the one with the silver foil border around most of the card but has the writing about being limited to 1,000 etc..

Albert,

On the Superman Man of Steel cards, they came packaged in the 1995-96 Superman action figures by Kenner, 1 card per figure.

Going from memory, I believe that there were 9 single figures (each with a different card).

There was also a Superman-Batman two pack of figures from Wal-Mart that came with 2 other cards.

Finally, there were 2 Deluxe figures with 2 more cards.

So at least 13 different cards exist

Interesting memory. OK, so I do have 13 different cards in my collection but not the KS 12 Through K14. Do you have those?

I never took them out of the figures. They are still sealed inside, so I don't know the card numbers. Maybe one day.

The names of the guys on the cards should match up with the corresponding figure. I don't have PCE handy. Can you post what the 14 cards are supposed to be--the names of the Superman characters ?

Aren't there also a bunch of Batman KS cards in the Batman figures ? I think those go well up into the 20s. Maybe I am mistaken.

I believe there were a couple of twin packs that had 2 cards (for both Superman and Batman). Also, Kenner released cards with the little die-cast metal figures that they produced for Star Wars, Aliens, Batman, and Superman. I don't remember what they were called, maybe Metal Masters, or Action Masters - something like that? Finally, if I remember correctly, there were a couple of Superman "Test Issue" figures (that also included cards) that weren't released outside of Cinncinati.

There were 2 other Superman two packs, with him and the villains. I am pretty sure that they contained comics instead of cards

These are the ones with cards:

Single figures

Power Flight Superman
Laser Superman
Steel
Superboy
Conduit
Solar Suit Superman
Ultra Shield Superman
Street Guardian Superman
Lex Luthor

Deluxe Figures

Blast Hammer Steel
Ultra Heat Vision Superman

Two Pack

Cyber-Link Superman and Batman (2 cards); the cards were only in the Wal Mart version, as the other Superman/Batman two pack came with a comic instead

Re: the 1993 Marvel Universe IV set by SkyBox

I was looking at the on line blog of a die hard Marvel collector, talking about the sample foils on this set. The versions of the foil chase with the stickers on the otherwise blank blacks which say "Marvel IV Sample foil"

The person noted that in 20 plus years of searching, he's never seen the sample for Punisher 2099. Neither have I. Does it exist ?

I have the 8 others-- Spider Man 2099, Doom 2099, Vulture, Ravage, Specialist, Dethstryk, Tiger Wylde, Fearmaster. I've never seen the Punisher
