I just bumped into this thread while going down the page. I assume even more collectors are looking for it besides Archifou and David. I don't recall it being hard to find back then - just another card to pick up when encountered - but then I was picking up every Jurassic Park-related promo back then because I liked the movie and have been into dinosaurs since 1st grade.

Maybe Gary Gerani knows how it was distributed?

Todd has it in his online PCE as from Topps Comics. In the decade of issue Topps Comics had various card issues where one card of the series was often hard to find.

I have been looking for it, as well. I've never seen one in 30 years of collecting !

I don't have it either however I have not been actively looking for it!
