As mentioned, beware of the ones which are advertised as promos but which do NOT say "for promotional purpose only" on the backs. They are just common cards, not promos.

Base cards were packed in a factory set you could buy for $12.95 plus a UPC code from a case of Valvoline oil. There were also 3 or 4 card cello packs that contained base cards plus a header card. These were apparently given away somehow also.

Someone paid about $10 for a promo # 71 on ebay the other day.

Guess folks are still looking for these !

A # 23 showed up on Ebay this week. In over 25 years of searching, I never saw that one before !
