Can someone confirm how these were distributed? I have a 5-card cello-pack with MM1 through MM5, and I have seen MM6 through MM10 (not certain they were issued in a cello-pack).

I think that some of the latter ones were inserted in packs of a baseball card release, sort of like chase cards.

So then the 5-card pack...was that a giveaway at the All-Star Game, or was it sold at the Topps site, I wonder.

I don't have these cards myself but I have noticed that the image showing the back of card has MM7 so how many cards are there? Was there more than one version of the giveaway pack>

From what I can see, there was a 5-card cello-pack issued with MM1 through MM5.

MM6 through MM10 I've only seen as singles.
