Were the 2001 to 2007 Inkworks year packs given out at the SDCC conventions or sold
If sold dose anyone remember what the cost was

The promo packs were free.
Sometimes, they'd make a special set for the Convention and those were sold. I remember at least one for the "Lost" TV show.
