I was thinking of obtaining a set of the Picard promo cards But were these cards issued by Rittenhouse or are they a Chinese produced item. Can anyone enlighten me on who and how these promo cards were issued by did Rittenhouse produce and sell this set Thank YouPiko | ||

I think you answered your own question. The ones I have seen online certainly have nothing to do with RA. | |||

Yes that is what I mean I expected the set to be made by Rittenhouse but have not seen any evidence of that if not who produced the set Piko | |||
