I'd never heard of this promo 01 from the year 1999 before, until it was mentioned here on Card Talk in 2021. Made by ArtBox.

I take it that this is a tough one to find ?

I have a seen a ton of the common card 01 on ebay which has the same front as the image above, but I have never seen the PROMO version which has an entirely different back.
