Just wanted to get some ideas on what makes the promos for The Flash, TV Series from 2016 by Cryptozoic, still so highly valued by sellers?

Just saw a P1 on "The bay" at $24.00US Is it really that price, were there not many printed, were they exclusives for a trade show or something?? Please help me soothe my brain lol

I know that the P2 of Grodd on one of the sets was very hard to find as it was only distributed by the actor at a single show. Later he gave them out thru Facebook for a SASE. I think all of the other promos were easy to find.

Was it being sold by COMC sellers put their own prices on cards from them
I have seen $1 cards being asked for $20 from them .But could be someone trying.
