Here's card #10 from another 37-card Star Trek set by Personality Comics. It's titled, "Original Crew," as it features artwork of characters from the 60's show. Like the "New Crew" set, you could get random singles separately in limited edition copies of Star Trek-related Personality Comics or you could just buy it as a boxed factory set. Also like the New Crew, there is also a signed and numbered edition (#'d of 750) that includes an exclusive bonus card.

It follows the now familiar formula of Spoof Comics sets having an unnumbered title card with a checklist back plus 36 numbered cards. The fronts feature uncredited artwork of the stars of "Star Trek" and backs provide background information.

There is also "Original Crew II" which has additional artwork. There doesn't appear to be a signed and numbered edition of that one.

Here's the other unnumbered card (Personality Comics, Inc., 1993) besides the prism card that was inserted with the "Limited Prism Card Edition" of the "Leonard Nimoy" #1 comic (Celebrity Comics/Personality Comics, 1993). I'm not sure if there was a "Trading Card Edition" of the comic. If so, this card might've been included with two random Star Trek-related "Original Crew" cards otherwise available only in the boxed factory set.

Of course, the bummer with this particular card is that it's miscut but at least you get enough of the cut-off words to read the text.

These two cards, Brent Spiner #1 and #2 were inserts with an edition of the "Brent Spiner: The Unauthorized Biography" comic (Celebrity Comics/Personality Comics, 1992). I think it was the "Trading Card Edition" because a prism-bordered card didn't come with them. They were sealed with two random, numbered Star Trek-related "New Crew" cards that were otherwise available only in the "New Crew" factory set.

I bought these cards with the comic as a loose lot without the packaging that would've provided the edition information including the serial number. I usually wait for a sealed copy so I can be sure but you don't see them for sale very often. They could be considered rare but not particularly in-demand. The Trekkies who would have wanted them probably got them in the 90's so only some of the Johnny-come-lately promo collectors are going to be interested in them now. They might be worth $3-5 each.

As an added note, these two would be just the kind of cards that would've shown up in PCE's "Tomb of the Unknown" because they lack publisher/manufacturer info and publication dates. Todd would likely list them under the "Personality Comics" heading.
