I found at Walmart these cute lucky zombie dolls with trading cards called The Zumbies Walking Thread. There are 12 to collect - the thread dolls have key chains attached.

The trading card tells the story of their death & how they have come back to bring you "lucky juju".

I've only been able to find 5 of the 12. They seem to sell out pretty fast here.
