I can come up with my top 3 pretty easily. I frequently start a new set by buying a single box to catch a base set and a start on the chase cards. Here are my best 3 "starter" box pulls

1) Breygant 3 stooges: Curly Joe cut signature
2) Twilight Zone Premiere: Shatner auto
3) Batman and Robin: Schwarteneggar Auto.

I pulled a guy from Star Wars that was pretty popular, and that Disney sketch wasn't too bad either... Smile

Off the top of my head and in no particular order:

1. Cat Staggs Grievous Sketch - Topps Revenge of the Sith
2. James Earl Jones autograph (x2, in one pack!) - Topps Star Wars Evolution
3. Johnny Depp autograph - Artbox Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
4. Megan Fox autograph - Topps Transformers
5. Dominic Monaghan autograph - Topps Lord of the Rings Twin Towers
6. Gary Oldman autograph - Topps Batman Begins
7. Leinil Yu Moon Knight sketch - Skybox/UD Marvel Masterpieces (20007)

Considering the size of my collection, I'm surprised I can't think of 10 big card pulls. I guess most of my really good cards have been purchased through eBay. I could mention a few monster sport card pulls, but that would be off topic.

Okay - I have to add to this... The Heroes 1 thread in box breakdowns looks disappointing, but I love the show so I bought 1 box (at a pretty good price) to get a base set and most of the foils. I pulled a nice sketch of Peter AND a Jack Coleman auto FROM ONE PACK. They were next to each other so the sorting machine must have given me the bonus!
