I finally remembered to post the pics tonight, but when I went to do so, I discovered that the photo hosting site that I've been using is no longer in business. Unfortunately, I'll need to set-up another account with a free hosting site before I can post the pics for you. Sorry for the delay, but as an alternative if you'd like to send me your email address, I'd be happy to send over a scan that way.

I use postimages.org. Works pretty good.
