LOST REVALTIONS - got the 2 retailer pieceworks cards PW8 and PW9 after some furious bidding. I think, but am not sure, that I got the first 2 on ebay (post release anyways, dunno if anyone did a presale) and subsequent ones are selling higher than mine. So, PW8 (Kate/Jack) = US$207, and PW9 (Kate/Sawyer) = US$202.50 - about £200 the pair.
