Congratulations! Clap

I would love a master set of Batman Begins! Elephant

Just picked up Babylon 5 Ultra Fleet Base set, Space Gallery chase set, Prismatic Foil chase set, and one of the holograms Smile for £8.50 inc p&p. If the postage had been more reasonable it would have been alot less!

I think that says it all for where cards are at the moment.

God knows where it leaves the price guide. Shake Head

Perhaps, but it all boils down to how much of a current following any property has. I've seen some surprisingly high prices for some cards recently. The economy may be in the toilet but there will always be people to throw money at something if the interest is there.

Well done Potato Head!

I just won an Ingrid Hardy (aka Jedipencil) PSC of Rose Tyler from Doctor Who on eBay (at least, I assume it's a PSC - the listing stated it was not from an official set) for the so cheap I'm almost ashamed of it price of £1.70 plus postage.
When it arrives I'll post a scan, but I never thought I'd own an Ingrid Hardy, let alone for this sort of price...
Au Res.,
Paul

Congrats on a great buy! Smile Ingrid Hardy is one of my very favorite artists, that's a really awesome deal.

I don't know how good a bargain this is, but I just received the NS-1 Promo for the first Doctor Who Definitive Collection series by Strictly Ink for $10 shipped. If I remember correctly, this was supposed to be inserted into NSU but they either didn't receive them or didn't receive enough of them and most of the issues had the standard SI-1 promo. Anyway, I haven't seen this card show up in a long time (admittedly I hadn't been looking for it for about a year) but I was pretty pleased.

Hey! I want that! Thumb Up Elephant

Just as long as the company making them don't make those ridiculous (and smacks of sports cards) 1 of 1 or 10 only cards I'm totally collecting a master set!
