Not really an e-bay find, but thought it would fit here.

My local card shop is going out of business and got 2 sealed boxes and 18 packs of King Kong Movie cards for $50.

Another shop bites the dust.

I didn't want to jinx it so I waited for it to arrive before posting. I recently won a Masi Oka as Hiro autograph from Heroes Volume 1 for $37. Now if I could get the Peter autograph for a similiar price.

As mentioned in an earlier post, I won a Nik Neocleous sketch of the Betty Grable "Pin Up Girl" poster from Breygent's "Classic Poster Collection" set for £5 including shipping from the US; it arrived safely today:

Which nicely fills in a Nik shaped hole in my collection (I like to try and get at lesat one sketch by any artist I interview for the podcast - and there is still a gap in the collection, but I keep getting outbid on eBay!)
Au Res.,
Paul

Hopefully, someone here will post that they won it, but someone just got a sweet deal on 79 nonsport pieceworks and autos on the bay. It was at 211.00 until the last minute and ended at 430.00. There was some really nice cards in this lot. I was outbid at around 300.00. If you broke this lot up your could easily come away with making over 1000.00 bucks in my opinion.

Nice snag! I waited and waited and waited and eventually I got mine at 37.00 plus s/h. It sometimes pays to be patient.

I don't have a good pic... just the one from the auction.

They were a mail away advertised on the wrapper.

I wish i had seen that auction. Is the binder a sort of thin thing like the old Eclipse ones?

Nope... it's a thick binder about the size of the Star Trek Celebrating 40 Years binder and a bit thinner than the Farscape in Motion binder.

I'm gonna pad/fill it some with the Terminator 2 sticker set. Wink
